Archana Dange floated her own Event Entertainment and Management Company in the name and style of Vighnaharta Entertainment, a unique Entertainment and Event Management Company of which she is the MD on 29^th January 2002, which also happened to be the time she was born, and held her maiden show “Magnificent Sonu” featuring the most popular and sought after singer Sonu Nigam. The show which turned out to be an incredible success not only amazed the film industry, but also the Event Management Companies. 

This artistically inclined entrepreneur who hails from Ahmednagar, near the holy town of Shirdi and who has inspired many people to dream life-size, is a Law Graduate and practiced in Mumbai.  Archana is the only woman who accomplished success without the aid of any Godfather or mentor. She is gifted with a pleasing personality and was floored with many offers for films and television serials, but she declined, since it was her aspiration to dabble into something unusual. She cut her 1^st Album Tera Hi Nasha under her own banner Vighnaharta Entertainment.
